The rooms are spacious with ample storage, air conditioning, and a kitchenette. The bathroom in the quadruple room was great, while the double room had a smaller bathroom. The owner is friendly and the cafe downstairs serves delicious smoothies and egg coffee. There are plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby.

The room at Anam Homestay was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for our family with kids.
Personally, I would have preferred if the room had a terrace, like some of the other units.

Anam Homestay was fabulous for our 3-night stay in Ho Chi Minh City. We had a quadruple room, which was amazing. There was plenty of wardrobe space, hangers in both rooms, and essential amenities in the kitchenette and bathroom. the owner was very friendly and approachable. the location within District 1 was perfect for exploring the main attractions on foot. the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with all the necessary facilities. the wifi was stable, and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the café and had a great night's sleep on the comfortable silk lining. the availability of late checkout was also a plus.
No negatives from this place. 🌟.

Really cozy place, great location. the cafe downstairs serves awesome egg coffee and the room was clean and nicely decorated. the staff were super nice and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. the homestay is close to everything in the city center but still on a quiet street, so it was peaceful at night.
The water pump made a lot of noise when showering or using the toilet, which was quite annoying. the back balconies were too small to stand on, but the front balconies were spacious.
